Before you write something make sure you get the facts right. I was told not to guess in any way about the money my mom gave me if I wasn’t absolutely sure that I was to say I don’t remember (which is what I did). Some of the cheques in my name where for my son. I cashed them and sent the money to him. My mom knew exactly what she was doing – some of thge cheques dated back to 1989. I believe the last one mom gave me was because our residents burnt down all I got was my nightie which I was wearing. Ms Sutherland also said my daughter got money and at one point wanted to take her to court. My daughter was beaten and strangled in 1984 – she was left totally quad, blind and unable to speak. SHE NEVER GO A CENT FRTOM HER GRANDMOTHER – ………….There is a lot more to this story. I would have appealed it but had no money for a lawyer.

      Thank you for your comments.

I was just relying on the facts as found by the trial judge in the reported decision. Those are the “facts”.
